In-County Rates - (Catawba County Residents Only)

Rider resides in Catawba County and is picked up and dropped off within Catawba County.

Ambulatory Trips: Able to walk and ride without need for a wheelchair (use of walker/cane accepted)

$30.00 One-way trip

Wheelchair Accessible Trips: Requires wheelchair securement and assistance to move and ride

Wait Time Charges: for trips requiring the vehicle to remain on site.

*Cancelation Policy

All cancellations require 48-hour notice prior to scheduled pick-up time. A $15 charge will apply if trip is cancelled within 48-hours of scheduled pick-up time.
No shows will be charged for full quoted transportation cost.

Notice: 7 days in advance notice for rides to be generally accepted, which can vary based on availability.
