How do you move forward after the devastating loss of a child? Feelings of overwhelming sadness is often made more intense by feelings of isolation; realizing that those around us have not, and probably will not, share this same experience. Carolina Caring offers supportive groups that are led by professional counselors who have also experienced this same loss. Expressing feelings and thoughts with others who have traveled the same path can be helpful and provide encouragement to move forward. These ongoing groups meet monthly and require only an initial call to register - 828.466.1111 ext. 3209. Both programs are open to all who have lost a child of any age and any circumstance. A light supper will be provided.
